The purpose of the MD&A is to provide a narrative explanation, through the eyes of management, of how the entity has performed in the past and can perform in the future which will impact its financial condition. The MD&A attempts to provide investor with a complete, fair, and balanced perspective to help investors decide whether to invest or continue to invest in an entity.
